My 1st time at 5 Guys was last Saturday. I checked-in on Yelp! & saw a Check-In Offer. 10% off! Sadly when I presented it to the guy at the register he said he had never seen it & his supervisor had not either. They did not honor it. She did, however, take a picture of it for future inquiries. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with additional toppings. I didn't get the bacon. Otherwise the burger was yummy, messy, and hot. The fries were good. My hubby & I split a large. Service was slow, but it was a Saturday and they had a lot of orders coming in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Friendly workers are a plus :) I'd like to go back again soon.

I love 5 guys! The burgers are great and the fries are absolutely amazing! If you phone in or online order, your food will be ready for yu when you get there and they don't add the fries till you get there (nothing worse than cold fries!). The employees at the Allen Park location are really friendly, more so than usual fast food places. Greektown location is a pain in the ass, wish they'd come up with some sort of parking for folks who are just picking up food, not dumb tourists or casino folks... One of the things I like best about 5 guys is that they don't skimp on the fries. If you order a regular size, it's totally enough to feed 2 people!

Ive had really good burgers. And these are really good burgers. I almost want to give 5 stars because ive gone for 5 Guys, two weeks in a row. And i rarely repeat meals. I actually got the exact same thing. A Bacon Cheeseburger, add all the black toppings, add green peppers and A1 Sauce. And a order of Cajun Fries. This location is always quick. I havent had any errors in my orders, but ive always gotten them to go. The drink machine is the "Make your Own Kind" and grab a little thing of peanuts to munch on while you wait.

SLOW! This place is way slower than the average 5 guys if food hadn't taken 21 minutes on my 3pm order I'd rate them higher. 21 minutes is too long to wait especially at 3pm and no line. Then my orders were missing half the stuff. We wanted on top FRUSTRATED.

5 Guys huh? Must have been 1 culinary guy and 4 marketing majors. Although many people see to love 5 Guys, I come away with a "meh" feeling. My wife and I ordered cheese burgers and Cajun fries. Burger was juicy as advertised. Of course I loaded it up with all kinds of condiments. I give the place credit for that. .But it comes down to the basic bun and meat... it's blah. It's your average bun with patties that have absolutely no flavor. Every show that I watch on Food Network reminds me to "season your meat" if you want it to taste good, so I guess that 5 Guys has never check out the channel. As for seasoning, the Cajun fries are loaded!. Problem with the fries is although they are heavily seasoned, it's just "hot" and not flavorful. Your mouth will burn, but you never get the satisfying taste of a normal mix of Cajun spices. On top of that, the fries lack snap. They are greasy and limp overall. This is my second time to 5 Guys and I just don't care to eat there much anymore. For people who enjoy their 5 Guys food... GREAT... It's just not for me. For the price that I was charged, I can find many other flavorful burgers and fries.

Five Guys we love you guys, sometimes I am too tired to cook. The guys and gals make a fresh hot burger and are always mindful of my allergy request. Good old fashioned real fries made from real taters. Small frie is plenty to share and they have malt vinegar, it's an east coast - English thing .

Really good quick service; the food is always fresh. I go here often & never had a bad experience the workers are upbeat, and friendly. Would recommend everyone trying the food definitely don't disappointed.....it's a little pricey, but worth it.
